Responsibilities:

  • Analyze applications requests and gather business requirements, planning, organizing, and designing technical solutions to meet client requirements. Estimate, design, prototype, develop, document, and test solutions to business problems on a project by project basis.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with production systems, including applications that were built by other teams.
  • Provide 2nd tier, off-hours remote support.
  • Participate in the daily design and implementation activities of core subsystems for new features, enhancements and revisions.
  • Participate in the production release activities as needed.
  • Complete the operational activities IT will be assuming from the business to keep the day to day business going within these applications (non-development).
