Job Description:

o 3-5 years of Program management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall
At least 2-3 years of Scrum Masterexperience
Expertise in Jira, SP & Wiki, MS Office
o Act as a PgM & Scrum Master for 1-3 Scrum teams working in multiple project & perform effectively all the scrum ceremonies
CSMCertifiedis a must
Technical background preferred worked as Business Analyst/Engineer
Provide business process and technical expertise to team and other members on various significantly complex programs/issues
o Comfortable working & producing reports for leadership level on day to day task activities
o Ability to see the big picture and grasp complex interconnections, self-drive, and a bias for action .
o Ability to communicate complex ideas, often at senior levels, to persuade to adopt a different point of view as needed
o Create project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management
o Facilitate, attend, scribe and distribute minutes for scrum/program meetings
o Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks
o Ensure cross-team coordination & work on removing barriers experienced by Team
o Reporting & communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders
o Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure
o Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
o Relationship-driven with ability to interact with a wide range of individuals
o Creative and proactive problem solver
o Self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
o Organized with strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills
o Motivated to work both independently and, in a team, setting
