Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, communicate and facilitate research projects that produce client value from structured and unstructured data.

Brainstorm and research opportunities to improve automation, develop new insights and streamline business processes.

Research and select technology solutions, third party solutions and emerging models to address new business needs.

Work closely with development teams to transfer research efforts into production ready and scalable solutions.

Provide high level effort estimates for product roadmap planning.

Establish and maintain an innovation roadmap for the product portfolio, including championing research priorities with business leaders.

Represent the company in the industry, publish white papers and present at conferences as appropriate.

Mentor the data scientists on existing and new technologies.Third party due diligence efforts, analysis and reporting on technical capabilities of potential acquisitions.

Provide constructive feedback to team members and management on performance and process.

Supports nThrive's Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to nThrive's business practices. This includes: becoming familiar with nThrive's Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or nThrive's Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligations.
