Job Description:
Lead software engineering teams in design, development, testing, and deployment.
Act as technical SME and mentor for junior developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product owners to define and deliver solutions.
Drive DevSecOps practices, system performance tuning, and architecture transformation.
Work on data integration, cloud migration, and big data pipelines.
Core Technical Skills
Languages: Java, Python, Scala
Big Data: Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Sqoop, Oozie
Cloud: AWS (Lambda, S3, Redshift, Glue)
Data Streaming: Kafka
Scripting: Shell scripting
Databases: SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
CI/CD & DevOps: Strong experience with pipelines, TDD/BDD, deployment automation
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare domain experience
Cloudera Developer Certification
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience with global application deployment and configuration management
