Summary

  • Strong background in UX research, service design, or digital communications.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Proven track record in using Mural or similar tools for journey mapping and service design.
  • Ability to use journey artifacts to communicate current-state experiences and co-create future-state processes with DWP and service owners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
